Discover what’s right with you.

Alongside a Strengths Coach and Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Hi, I’m Nancy — Strengths Coach, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, & Relationship-Builder

When I first became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I was trained to ask clients about their strengths. Most could only name one or two. And I noticed something else: traditional counseling often focused on what’s wrong instead of what’s right.

That never sat well with me.

So I became a Strengths Coach.

Now, I help individuals, couples, teams, and organizations discover what’s right with them—and build a roadmap toward their version of thriving.

  • I wholeheartedly recommend “InCorporating Your Strengths” training program with Nancy Hagman. My own operating style was validated, and I got to foster a deeper understanding of my team members. This program, with Nancy’s leadership, led our team to improved communication, collaboration, and a stronger sense of camaraderie. The training was structured in a way that allowed us time between each session, allowing for opportunities for direct application. The training was truly transformational for our team. It improved our team dynamics and enhanced our overall effectiveness. This training boosted my confidence in hiring new employees and, undoubtedly, improved our ability to retain existing employees.

  • I’ve been way more aware of what influences my decision making and how I can communicate and contribute with the team better. Since our sessions followed the DISC training we did, I got to step into my goals and role with more confidence while nurturing a better understanding of how to integrate that with the vision for the company. In a high level our training showed me that as much as I don’t like developing policies and implementing procedures, the reality of how that is necessary for the business is draining, but now by looking at my strengths I can be more conscious of why and use my affirmation to drive me on why some things that suck my energy matter more than that.  Since approaching life with that perspective I’ve been able to move from self-doubt, angst, and anxiety with more ease and find peace with what is necessary for the business to growth and support the people around me. Thank you!

Why does understanding your CliftonStrengths matter?

There are nearly 8 billion people in the world.

The odds of someone having the same top 7 strengths in the same order?

1 in 8 billion.

That means:

  • You are truly one of a kind.

  • No one else does things exactly the way you do.

  • And everyone else is just as uniquely wired.

Strengths aren’t about what you can’t do.

They’re about how you do things your way—and how that energy shows up in every part of your life.

Understanding your strengths helps you become more of who you already are.

It’s healing. It’s empowering. It gives language to what you naturally do—often without realizing it.

Your strengths shape every part of your life.

The insights from your Strengths profile impact:

Relationships

Career & business

Health & well-being

Personal growth

Your top 10 strengths show what energizes and engages you.

Operate in these zones, and you’re influential, creative, productive, and connect with others.

Your bottom 5 strengths reveal what drains you.

Operate here, and you may hold others back, turn people off, become boring, unproductive, and disconnected from others.

Wouldn’t it be powerful to know these strengths?

And know how to apply it to your life?

Most people take the CliftonStrengths assessment…

And then don’t know what to do with the results.

That’s where I come in.

I help you go beyond the what to focus on the how.

How to integrate your strengths into your everyday life, relationships, leadership, and work.

Strengths for teams & organizations

Imagine a workplace where people:

Know each other’s strengths

Speak a shared language

Understand each other’s hesitations—and motivations

That’s the culture strengths-based coaching can create.

When asked what makes a great leader, people didn’t choose technical skills or charisma.

They said:

Hope – 56%

Trust – 33%

Compassion – 7%

Stability – 4%

Strengths-based coaching builds this foundation—one person, team, and organization at a time.
